 
Channelcorp Communiqué
In August of 1989 Margaret and I launched a new type of specialized, Channel- focused Management Consulting capability into the global computer industry. We both left our established positions in the Management Consulting and Design Industry and the business was born. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Channelcorp was truly global; we would go on to work on the ground in 29 countries and hundreds of cities. For many years our Public Channel workshops were hosted in London, Singapore, Sydney, Vancouver and Silicon Valley educating hundreds of channel executives on the advanced aspects of “Channels” in the global computer industry. In addition to our unique Public Channel education programs, Channelcorp would go on to provide strategic Channel consulting, in-house Channel executive education and Channel-focused books and publications to hundreds of clients worldwide. We were Partners, and Partners. Margaret ran the international Public Workshop and Publications aspects of the business. I managed the Channel Consulting and Executive Education pieces. We had no idea how much things would change, how fast they would change, or the impact that Channelcorp would have on individuals and organizations around the world. It has been an exciting and rewarding ride. On that note, we want to let you know that we have decided that it is time to close the doors on the Channelcorp phase of our lives and open up new ones. Since 1989, we have had the honour to work with many smart, motivated clients and friends in organizations that we have grown to know and understand all over the world. We thank you for your interest in our work, and we thank you for your support. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
